When I first started flipping houses back in 2010 these books helped me understand the fundamentals of flipping houses and gave me the confidence to buy my first flip property. Even today, these books are a good reminder of the fundamentals necessary to be successful flipping houses. This was no small feat...the spreadsheet had to basically be re-built from scratch, but all of the hours & effort was well worth it, and I think you'll agree!  |
