2019 Year in Review

2019 was a busy year developing new software solutions and resources for real estate investors, house flippers and contractors.

Flipper Force Launched!

For the majority of 2019 we have been collaborating with our beta testers to continuously improve our house flipping software.  From the beginning we have refused to charge a dime for our software until we were completely proud of the product we had built.  With that goal in mind, we have launched over 15 new powerful features in 2019 to improve our house flipping software.

Now after over a year of development, testing and several iterations on tools and features we officially  launched out of Beta!

Although launching out of Beta is an important milestone, we are really just getting started! Over the course of the next few months we have an aggressive pipeline of features that we are going to be launching in order to continuously improve our software and build the house flipping software you deserve.

New house flipper academy

For the past 6+ years we have continuously improved our House Flipping Spreadsheet products and offerings to provide one of the most widely used and top rated products for analyzing house flipping deals & managing rehab projects.  

One of the things we have lacked is educational resources to supplement our House Flipping Spreadsheet.

We spent several months writing a detailed curriculum on How to Flip Houses to help new house flippers learn the process of flipping houses!

Our House Flipper Academy includes 10 Chapters that take you through the step-by-step process of flipping houses from Start to Finish.  You will learn how to find deals, how to analyze deals, how to estimate rehab costs, how to inspect properties and manage your rehab projects, and much more!
