house flipping spreadsheet is now compatible w/ google sheets!

Over the past few months I have been building out our new House Flipping Spreadsheet for Google Sheets and it is finally complete! 

This was no small feat...the spreadsheet had to basically be re-built from scratch, but all of the hours & effort was well worth it, and I think you'll agree!
